Refund policy
As a customer you have the right to use your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the day that you receive the product.
Send us an email at info@tweeksweets.com. We need the following information:
a) order number (you can find it in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or the invoice)
b) your name and contact details
c) amount and name of the products you wish to return
Tweeksweets.com shall confirm that the return is valid and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the products are sent back. The customer is responsible for the return costs and has responsibility for the products until they have arrived to us.
Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free delivery.
Complaints
If you have received a product that is damaged or broken, you make a complaint request within a reasonable time, but no later than within 30 days of the fault being discovered. Please send your complaint to info@tweeksweets.com. We need the following information:
- Contact details
- Order number
- Name of the product of which you wish to make a complaint
- Photo and description of the fault
- Photo of the side with the barcode & batch no.
