Who do we share personal information with?

To be able to charge, handle invoices and payments, we share information with Klarna, Paypal, Stripe and Shopify Payments. These will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Klarna, Paypal, Stripe and Shopify Payments are thus responsible for personal data for this information according to the companies' terms.

 

Transport company / Freight company / Unifaun Legal basis: To be able to fulfill the purchase agreement.

Our shipping companies take part of the personal information required to be able to complete and deliver your order.

 

Cookies / Google / Facebook Legal basis: Balance of interests

We share analytics data through third-party cookies for marketing and web analytics to improve our services. We do not register information about the visitor's IP address, therefore the information about you can never be linked to your identity.

We use the analysis tool Google Analytics to improve the content, navigation and structure of the website. The analysis tool uses JavaScript and cookies and the information about your use is anonymised.

To avoid having your information saved, you can choose not to accept cookies in your browser.

 

Direct marketing Legal basis: Consent from customer

In order to send you information about our products and services, we use Mailchimp where we store your e-mail address. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.

 

Authorities Legal basis: Exercise of authority and task of general interest

Upon request, we may, according to law and official decisions, be obliged to disclose certain personal data, for example to the Police in connection with criminal investigations.

 

Other Legal basis: Balance of interests

We may, where applicable, transfer your personal data to recipients other than those listed above if this is necessary for our business. High security and confidentiality are observed in all handling of personal data.

We may also share information with potential buyers should we sell all or part of the business or in a merger.

 

 

How long we save your personal information

We store personal data as long as there is a legal basis, a documented purpose for the processing or an ongoing user relationship. We have ongoing routines that ensure that we do not store unnecessary personal data and we minimize the storage time as much as possible. Normally, we save your customer information for a maximum of three years from your last customer contact. You have the right to take part of which of your personal information is available at Tweeksweets.com and request that it be deleted. In order to access that information or delete your information, your application must be in writing, contain your social security number and be signed by you. You can always use the unsubscribe link found in all the campaigns, offers and newsletters we send you.

Should your information be incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to claim damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law.

Among the things that can not be deleted are, among other things, data required by the Accounting Act and data required for Tweeksweets.com to be able to fulfill its obligations in e.g. complaints.
